Altho compared to regular bikes, they take some getting used to (more power in each pedal). Pick up was smooth, friendly staff. Video briefing on directions to cycle across the GGB was useful. Metal lock with key and helmet provided. No front basket but there is an elastic band on the metal ledge at the back of your seat to secure your backpack if you want to. Appreciated that the main Blazing Saddles outlet at Hyde stayed open til 8.30pm so we could return our bikes…”
